Chocolate Experience... A look in the shop
In 1930 grandfather Gualtiero started making chocolate, and today Guido and Luca Croci open the doors of the ancient chocolate shop to give you a truly unique experience: three generations carrying on a business based on passion and product excellence.
In a one-hour visit you will discover the history of Croci chocolate, the production process, the innovative changes introduced over the years, and what makes Croci chocolate appreciated by all customers.
‘First of all, you will be greeted by an intoxicating aroma of chocolate and, while you are tasting it, you will be shown the processing techniques: from tempering to the making of the chocolates, from the Preferiti con Ciliegie di Revigliasco to the candied orange peel coating, from the Fantasia of pure chocolate to the pralines filled with Crema, from the Dragées to the DiVini with a liquid Barolo heart.
Of course, there will also be a focused tasting of the raw material and the finished chocolates: the differences between artisanal chocolates and commercial products will be noted.’
