Her Film: Aalto

Aalto. Using previously unseen archive material, the film recounts the life and work of one of the most famous couples in contemporary design, Alvar Aalto and his first wife Aino. The documentary debunks the idea of the solitary genius and reconstructs, with particular attention, the role of Aino, his partner in life and work, in building a design vision centred on the human scale.
