As part of the Sagra del Brut & Brut festival, a masterclass featuring a visit to the Luca Leggero Winery, an exploration of the winemaking philosophy, and a technical tour of the machinery, amphorae and ageing facilities. Special guest speakers: Antonio Dacomo (Master Sommelier), Mauro Carosso (AIS), Patrizia Mustorgi (ONAV), Piero D'Alessandro (ASPI), Sandro Cirillo (FISAR), Massimo Bignardi (Slow Food), Sara Valentino (ONAS).
