Through images, sound and analogue interference, *Interface* explores the relationship between language, technology and authorship, staging a conversation without an author: who is speaking when a machine produces speech? Is it still possible to attribute a voice to a subject?
The installation, part of the *To Listen To* festival, invites visitors to engage with these questions, transforming language into a phenomenon that seems to emancipate itself from the speaker, generating and consuming itself autonomously.
The project is created by Francesco Bianchi and Pietro Giovanni Fantoni with students from the A. Steffani Conservatoire in Castelfranco Veneto.
