DISCOVER
From the Hippocratic wines of ancient times to the Savoy era, when Vermouth was “invented” in Turin by Benedetto Carpano, to the ups and downs of the last century and its recent revival. From traditional historic vermouths to modern interpretations. Plenty of anecdotes, curiosities, vintage advertisements, and historical images.
TASTE
3 Vermouths, 12 Aromatic Plants from around the world, and 10 Alcoholic macerates of spices and herbs that will be the ingredients for your vermouth. Each participant selects their favorite ingredients to create their secret recipe.
CREATE
A station set up with herbs and spices, professional tinctures, wine base, droppers, and funnels. Each participant will take home their own bottle of Vermouth with a personalized label as a memento of the experience.
Guiding guests into the magical world of vermouth and leading the tasting will be Fulvio Piccinino, a renowned expert in the field.
