This strip of pristine alpine forest runs from the right bank of the Dora Riparia to the watersheds with Val Chisone, from an altitude of 1000 to 2600 metres. The Park has an extraordinary variety of vegetation and is traversed by forest paths and trails, from the emerald-green little Lake della Ghiacciaia to the splendid mountain huts of Mounts Seu. 70% of the Park is covered by woods and the remaining 30% by the high altitude pastures and meadows that extend into the realm of the eagles, marmots and deer.
