The Colombiere Restaurant has been a reference in Sestriere for more than 20 years for all those who love good food. Chef Antonio Lippolis, together with his wife Rita, offer a mix of mountain cuisine and the spicy, strong and decisive flavors of Mediterranean cuisine, especially that of Puglia, the chef's homeland. At Ristorante Colombiere you can taste typical Piedmontese dishes based on meat, game, polenta, up to the characteristic "bagna cauda" but also dishes based on fresh fish that arrives twice a week from the fish markets of Turin.
