A new format that seeks to place a quality gastronomic proposal within a post-industrial context dedicated to the artisanal production of a historic beer from Torino. The idea at the basis of the venue is to let people taste the beer produced in the on-sight facilities at zero metre. In fact, the brewery is located in the premises adjacent to the production plant, inside an old building in industrial Torino, in the Aurora area. In the kitchen, proposals from the Piedmontese tradition and 'essentials' of the brewery universe are flanked by delicious dishes featuring eggs Benedictine style.
