This ambitious project sees the light in 2021 with the opening of the bistro in the heart of the historic center of Turin.We select seasonal ingredients, we design and taste our dishes and create our menu every day to offer you new tastes and an offer that is constantly renewed. Just as the earth is never the same, but it exists in a cycle that is renewed over time and always offers new fruits and fragrances.Vegan culture embraces concepts that we consider fundamental such as cruelty-free and plant-based, and our cuisine participates in the preservation of the Planet to leave a better world for the future of our children.
