Gnocchi alla Val Varaita is the Dish that over time has solidified the name of this place because it is still made the way our grandmothers used to make it i.e. with only potatoes and flour served in a bath of Tome Della Valvaraita and Castel Magno. The Agnolotti and Tajarin also render the flavor of homemade pasta.
We are one of the few places where you can still enjoy excellent Fritto Misto Piemontese breaded and fried on the spot, Bagna Caoda, Finanziera, Bolliti Misti, Cervella Fritta, Porcini mushrooms in season and many other dishes.
The restaurant, located on a ground floor and, therefore, convenient for people with disabilities as well.
The interior is divided into three rooms, with a total of 90 seats, air-conditioned and communicating with each other.
