Chef Antonio Lippolis, together with his wife Rita, offer a mix of mountain cuisine and the spicy, strong and decisive flavors of Mediterranean cuisine, especially that of Puglia, the chef's homeland. At Ristorante Colombiere you can taste typical Piedmontese dishes based on meat, game, polenta, up to the characteristic "bagna cauda" but also dishes based on fresh fish that arrives twice a week from the fish markets of Turin.
