A traditional agricultural fair that represents the identity of a rich territory and a fundamental productive sector, with the aim of promoting and enhancing them for the future: a showcase of excellence for the world of livestock farming, dairy production and local agri-food chains.
The 2025 edition will follow the same format, celebrating cows, milk and cheese and promoting companies, producers and processors, with a strong emphasis on short supply chains and typical local products.
