The Christmas Concert, entitled Concerts Royaux ovvero I gusti riuniti (Royal Concerts or Combined Tastes), offers a musical journey through the Baroque world with compositions by Giuseppe Sammartini, Francesco Mancini, Hotteterre le Romain, Evaristo Felice Dall'Abaco, and Arcangelo Corelli.
The stars of the afternoon event are the members of the Accademia del Ricercare, an instrumental ensemble formed by flutists Lorenzo Cavasanti and Luisa Busca, cellist Lorenzo Fantinuoli, theorbo player Ugo Nastrucci, and Claudia Ferrero on the harpsichord.
