On 14 September 2012, young chef Piero Olivieri, together with two dear friends, brought the typical flavours and tastes of the Aeolian Islands to Turin. Perbacco Alfredo in cucina (Perbacco Alfredo in the kitchen) was born, which with originality and passion distinguishes its gastronomic proposal, combining with extreme intelligence ingredients that are geographically distant but yet so close in their simplicity.
