Piter+ AGIR Project – France–Italy Wine Tasting, ALCOTRA

Presentation of 6 companies (two French and four Italian) which will be offering a guided tasting:

· GAEC de la Parrachée: lamb and sheep’s milk cheeses

· Coopérative Laitière: Beaufort cheeses

· Caseificio Paje: cheeses

· Grano Factory: bread, panettone and classic and savoury colombe of the highest quality

· Luigina Ronco: cultivation and sale of high-quality hazelnuts

· Panacea: bread made using by-products
