A workshop dedicated to exploring the cooperative supply chain that transforms local raw materials into high-quality products. Through the stories told by the cooperative businesses, participants will discover the history of the enterprises and their products, from flour to bread and much more. The workshop will conclude with a tasting session to sample the products whilst learning to recognise ingredients, production methods and characteristics.
A small contribution is required to take part in the events. One hundred per cent of the net VAT-exclusive booking fee proceeds will be donated to Fondazione Allegra Agnelli per la Ricerca sul Cancro di Candiolo (TO) to support its research activities.
