Local recipes for global health

By combining the Mediterranean Diet and the Planetary Health Diet, the project safeguards the health of both people and the planet through the short supply chains of agritourism establishments. The ‘agri-chefs’, led by a chef-coach, have created a new recipe book which we will unveil as the project progresses.

A small contribution is required to take part in the events. One hundred per cent of the net VAT-exclusive booking fee proceeds will be donated to Fondazione Allegra Agnelli per la Ricerca sul Cancro di Candiolo (TO) to support its research activities.
