Starting at 7 pm, 11 chefs - including several Michelin-starred chefs - will offer 11 unique dishes, accompanied by fine wines, cocktails and gastronomic specialities.
Degustando. Melting Pot is a travelling dinner that celebrates the encounter between cuisines and identities. The protagonists are chefs from all over the world who now live and work in Italia: each will present a dish that symbolises their gastronomic culture, telling their story through food.
