Since 1922, Galup has been made in Pinerolo, in the same area where it was born.
Before Galup, panettone was only the Milanese panettone.
The low panettone with hazelnut icing is an intuition of Pietro Ferrua, from Langa by birth, Pinerolo by adoption.
His was the idea, his the recipe.

Charity Partner – Fondazione Paideia
100 per cent of the proceeds from booking fees, net of VAT, will be donated to the Fondazione Paideia to support projects providing care, support and rehabilitation for children with disabilities and their families.
