Open Factories returns with a special edition dedicated to the region’s agri-food excellence.
To mark Terra Madre 2026, this initiative by Turismo Torino e Provincia – organised as part of the ‘Made in Torino Tour the Excellent’ programme – opens the doors of agri-food businesses to offer visitors an up-close look at the products that embody the identity and quality of the Turin region.
For three days, visitors will have free access to factories, workshops and farms, where they can meet producers and discover the production processes, traditions and innovations that give rise to these outstanding products.
This is a unique opportunity to enjoy an authentic experience, exploring the expertise, food culture and agri-food supply chains of Turin and its province.
How to participate
- visits are free with compulsory booking and fee (€ 5,00 adults >12 years; € 3,00 0-11 years): choose your company and book directly on our website
- visitors reach the companies independently
- access procedures are indicated in the individual company profiles; visitors are asked to arrive 10 minutes before the time of the visit and to comply with company safety regulations.
The booking fee is non-refundable.
Charity Partner – Fondazione Paideia
For over thirty years, Fondazione Paideia has been promoting the inclusion and wellbeing of children with disabilities and their families through educational and cultural activities and practical support projects.
To mark Open Factories 2026 – Waiting for Terra Madre , the Paideia Foundation is joining forces with Turismo Torino e Provincia in a partnership that centres on the values of participation, inclusion and solidarity, with a special focus on the needs, hopes and talents of children.
As part of this partnership, 100 per cent of the proceeds from booking fees, net of VAT, will be donated to the Fondazione Paideia to support projects providing care, support and rehabilitation for children with disabilities and their families.
The booking fee is non-refundable.
