Welcome Tour® Pinerolo – Alpi Terra di Stelle Special

30 October 2026
Pinerolo

If you’re curious to find out where the legends of vampires, werewolves and witches come from, this is an opportunity not to be missed!

The night has always been populated by mysterious creatures, the protagonists of tales and legends.

But who are the ‘monsters’ that inhabit the darkness, really? Through a journey through nature and tradition, we’ll discover that many of them are actually invaluable allies of our ecosystems. Along the way, we’ll explore topics such as darkness, how wildlife has adapted to nocturnal life, the ecosystem services provided by organisms active after sunset, and the effects of light pollution on biodiversity.

Once you reach the summit, you can enjoy a refreshment break and gaze at the night sky through the telescopes provided, experiencing the night with fresh eyes and rediscovering its natural, cultural and scientific value.

The route, which is partly a loop, starts from Costagrande and heads towards Monte Muretto before returning to the starting point.,
