Discover the secrets of the hillside and the rows of blueberries at the Alidemma Farm with an immersive walk through nature and local history.
Celebrate the start of summer with us, featuring live music (the “Alberto Poggio TRIO” band) and a special merenda sinoira, with local specialities and regional wines.
The menu for the Merenda Sinoira includes:
- red salad (beetroot, apples, carrots and blueberries)
- farinata roll filled with blueberry chutney
- vegetable and seed balls with Zen.zero compote (blueberries and ginger)
- summer quinoa salad
- caponata with blueberries
- a sweet treat with Banyan compote (blueberries and vanilla)
The afternoon snack is optional and not included in the price of the guided tour. Payment is to be made on the spot (€15 per person).
Drinks are charged separately and are also to be paid for on the day. Catering provided by L'Autin.
