This is the fair that every year celebrates the grand mixed boiled meat: heir to the Fat Ox Fair and the livestock market, it attracts visitors from all over Italy around the 1,500 kg of selected meat, cooked in the same large pot from the early hours of the morning and served with traditional vegetables and sauces, including green sauce.
Friday, 8:00 PM: Grand Bagna Caoda Gala with mixed cold cuts, bagna, tortellini in broth, passion fruit sorbet
Saturday, from 7:00 PM: the Moncalieri Butchers' stand offers a preview of the boiled meat; music and show with Gustalk; 9:00 PM: show by Franco Neri, comedian, cabaret artist, and actor known to the general public from Zelig and Striscia la Notizia
Sunday: morning club by Disco Exotica; from 6:00 PM: distribution from the giant pot
