The anthology *Un Calice di Erbaluce* makes its debut in the drawing room of Villa Pasta, in Burolo.
Alongside the anthology’s editor, Debora Bocchiardo, the editorial director of Edizioni Pedrini will be joined by the authors of this first volume, which presents a literary miscellany on Piedmont’s prized indigenous wine; the authors will read excerpts from their work in person.
The presentation will feature speeches by Franco Cominetto, in his dual capacity as mayor of Burolo and president of the Mombarone, Serra Morenica and Naviglio di Ivrea Food and Wine District, and by Caterina Andorno, a professional sommelier and former president of the Erbaluce Consortium of Caluso, Carema and Canavese.
The evening will also be attended by several producers from the Food and Wine District, who will showcase their own Erbaluce wines.
