Instructions for purchasing your card online

Istruzioni Online

Buying your TPC online is easy! Just follow these steps:

1. Click on the ‘Buy now’ button and choose the type of card

Select the card that best suits your needs from the various options.

2. Choose the duration

The available durations are: 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours and 120 hours.

Junior rates – Please note!
The only version actually available for the Junior rate (12–17 years) is the 72-hour option.
Any other durations with the Junior option that may be displayed are only for technical reasons.

3. Choose your rate

Select the corresponding rate (full adult or junior, if applicable).

4. Fill in the required information

Enter the necessary personal information (first name, last name, date of birth, etc.).

📌 The date of birth is linked to the types of tourist cards available and is therefore a mandatory field.

➤ ‘Reduced price' field

When filling in the form, you will also find the ‘Agreement’ field, which can be selected from a drop-down menu.

This is reserved for organisations or operators that offer the Card under specific agreements.
If no agreement is listed, you can simply leave this field blank.

5. Register or log in

To complete your purchase, you must create an account or log in with your credentials.

The purchase voucher will be made out to the account holder and sent to the email address used for registration.

6. Apply any discount code

On the pre-payment screen, you will see an ‘Apply coupon’ field.

🎟️ If you have received a promotional code, enter it here to get your discount.

7. Make your payment

Complete your purchase by credit card.

⚠️ Please note: payments are not supported on Internet Explorer 11 (IE11).

8. Receive your digital card

After purchase, you will receive a PDF file via email containing the QR code for your card, which you can use to enter the museums.

🔍 The card and its QR code will also always be available in your personal area on the website

❗ Cards purchased online are not provided in plastic or paper format.

ℹ️ If you receive a voucher with cards all registered to the same person but with different QR code numbers, don't worry: the QR code numbers that each museum registers at the entrance will be valid.

Important information

Card validity

The Card is activated when the QR code is scanned for the first time and is valid for 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours or 120 hours depending on the version chosen.

Museum bookings

For some museums and attractions, advance booking is strongly recommended or mandatory, even if you have the Torino+Piemonte Card.

  • Remember: reservations are also required for minors included in the Card.
  • Some museums charge a service fee for online reservations, even if admission is free with the Torino+Piemonte Card or Royal Pass.
  • Alternatively, you can gain access on site by showing the QR code, but admission will be subject to availability and there may be waiting times.
  • The Torino+Piemonte Card or Royal Pass do not entitle you to priority access or skip-the-line entry.
