Historic cafè. Opened in 1780, it was frequented by artists and the upper classes among whom Rattazzi, D’Azeglio and Cavour. It was also called the “pony-tail cafe” because many aristocrats and officers went there in the 19th century. Specialty: ice cream (gianduia: hazelnut chocolate), hot chocolate.
