The park is also known as Giardin dël Diav, as it was rumoured that a black knight appeared in the park, perhaps the ghost of the King’s treasurer, Ajmo Ferrero di Borgaro.
Inside the park there is an eighteenth-century villa (called Villa Sartirana, or Villa Tesoriera), surrounded by a large French green lawn, at the centre, in front of the villa, there is a large fountain.
It is a significant example of an eighteenth-century suburban villa and faithfully respects the structural lines of the best-known Turin Baroque palaces.
Accessible by bike: cycle path along Corso Montecucco/Corso Montegrappa and large dirt roads, not reserved for bicycles (watch out for pedestrians)
