After touring Asia and a degree in Gastronomy from Pollenzo, Elisa Neri opens two restaurants in Torino dedicated to Asian ravioli revisited with Italian ingredients thanks to a Taiwanese chef.
The design of the venue in Via Maria Vittoria was entrusted to Velvet Studio, led by Gianluca Bocchetta, who worked on a 200 square metre space recreating a warm and refined atmosphere that echoes the shapes and sensations evoked by Asian cuisine. The focus of the experience is the wooden counter, with 14 seats, which directly overlooks the open kitchen.
