The company was founded thanks to the envy of the Cibonfa family to regain the last terraced grapes of Exilles, enhancing a frankly alpine terroir whom, otherwise, would be bound to abandon. Nowadays Isiya manages around 2 acres of grapes and produces 5000 litters of wine, being careful to respect the territory by using sustainable techniques. Since 2010 the company offers also a wine « late harvest » produced with the peculiar ice-wine technique.
