Cioccolatò 2026 Torino Cover

CioccolaTò returns to Torino in 2026, from 13 to 17 February

After the success of the first edition, with over 100.000 visitors in four days and the presence of 70 stands and around 50 producers, CioccolaTò is back, with an extra day!

CioccolaTò 2026 dates and location

From 13 to 17 February, as part of the Valentine's Day and Carnival celebrations, including Shrove Tuesday.

The location has been confirmed as Piazza Vittorio Veneto in Torino.

Who will be there: the choice is to focus on excellence by hosting only those who produce chocolate or related specialities. So there will be space for chocolatiers, but also pastry chefs, ice cream makers, bakers and liqueur producers, provided they are producers and representatives of craftsmanship and quality. Among them, the Maestri del Gusto (Masters of Taste) from Turin and its province are expected to return, as well as Piedmontese, national and international producers. In addition to the exhibition in the square, the increasingly rich cultural and artistic programme hosted in various historical and museum venues in the city has also been confirmed.

CioccolaTò 2026 is a project promoted and supported by the Torino Chamber of Commerce and the City of Torino, organised by Turismo Torino e Provincia with the support of the Piedmont Region, with the contribution of Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo and Fondazione CRT, in partnership with Iren and in collaboration with local trade associations (Ascom, Epat, Confesercenti, Casartigiani, CNA Torino, Confartigianato, API, Coldiretti) and GTT.

Torino and Chocolate: a story of passion and innovation

The link between Torino and chocolate is unbreakable: a story of excellence, creativity and passion that continues to delight generations of enthusiasts. To visit Turin is to immerse yourself in a world of sweetness and discover a unique heritage that has made the city a true capital of chocolate.

Torino and chocolate have a deep and age-old bond, a history made of tradition, innovation and passion. The capital of Piedmont is not only one of the most elegant cities in Italy, but also home to some of the finest cocoa-based confectionery creations. First introduced at court in the 17th century, it became a truly iconic product when, in the 19th century, the skilful combination of cocoa and hazelnuts gave rise to giandujotto, now one of the city's icons.

Today, Torino boasts numerous historic pastry shops and artisan chocolate makers that continue to produce high-quality specialities, taking chocolate all over the world. Events such as ‘Cioccolatò’, the annual festival dedicated to chocolate, celebrate this tradition, attracting visitors from all over the world.
