The famous 'Giandujotto' is a chocolate in the shape of an upside-down wedge or boat, made by kneading cocoa, sugar and the famous 'tonda gentili' hazelnuts from Piedmont, renowned for their fine and tasty quality.
Chocolates made with 'Gianduja' paste - the Giandujotti we know so well - were officially born in 1865 in the workshop of the Prochet Gay e C. company in Turin's Piazza San Carlo, conquering international markets and generations of gourmands ever since.
