A sensory journey to discover the extraordinary biodiversity of the Pinerolo region. A tasting designed to showcase how the centuries-old tradition of these vineyards is experiencing a new and exciting renaissance today.
Four exceptional local wines will be tasted:
- “Eli” Metodo Classico Sparkling Wine, the surprising high-altitude bubbly.
- Bian Ver, an ancient grape variety saved from extinction.
- Malvasia, a fresh and aromatic expression of the region
- Nebbiolo, the proud and mineral-rich soul of the appellation.
The event will be led by FISAR sommelier Roberta Poloniato and Mauro Camusso, President of the Consorzio di Tutela e Valorizzazione dei Vini D.O.C. Pinerolese.
A small contribution is required to take part in the events. One hundred per cent of the net VAT-exclusive booking fee proceeds will be donated to Fondazione Allegra Agnelli per la Ricerca sul Cancro di Candiolo (TO) to support its research activities.
