A focus on the local area and sustainability: Piedmont’s agri-food sector and its products

A presentation of the cooperative agri-food model, which offers local produce, short supply chains and high-quality products accessible to a wide audience. A tasting session featuring ‘Il frutto permesso’ – a cooperative celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2026 – will provide an opportunity to reflect on the longevity and quality of a model that is particularly close to the Slow Food movement.

A small contribution is required to take part in the events. One hundred per cent of the net VAT-exclusive booking fee proceeds will be donated to Fondazione Allegra Agnelli per la Ricerca sul Cancro di Candiolo (TO) to support its research activities.
