Don’t waste bread. The art of repurposing

The talk explores domestic ecology and the revival of artisan bread, presenting the guide “Mangiar Pane”. A four-handed cooking demonstration shows how to preserve and transform stale bread into recipes paired with local wines and beers. The audience takes part in quizzes on sustainability, tactile timelines of ageing and recipe postcards, before the event concludes with a tasting session.
